The Antaurus Europe Fund (‘the Fund’) is a long/short equity fund that invests in European stocks. The Benelux is our focus area. The manager of the Fund, Antaurus Capital Management (Antaurus), was founded on 25 July 2006.
 
The Fund was established on October 1, 2006 and has a targeted return of 12% annually, net of all fund-related fees and expenses and independent from the direction of markets.

The minimum investment amount for the Fund is €50,000.

Antaurus Capital Management B.V. operates under a licence of the Dutch Financial Markets regulator (AFM).

Potential investors should review the Prospectus carefully and consult their financial advisors for possible fiscal or other issues related to the purchase, holding or redemption of units.

On the basis of Friday's close (August 27, 2010) the NAV of a participation in the Antaurus Europe Fund amounted to €148.66 compared with a previous month close of €150.08).
